    Hojicha is like matcha’s cousin! It is roasted tea. Depending on how it is roasted and the type of tea used, hojicha can have different tastes.

    Moocha has two distinct hojicha flavors sourced from Shizuoka:

    1. Chestnut (栗)- This hojicha has a conventional taste of roasted chestnut and sesame, often associated with hojicha.
    2. Flower (花)- This unique hojicha is crafted from rare white tea leaves that give the hojicha a distinctive taste reminiscent of sakura and jasmine flowers.
